(Doesn't seem to have any regrets at all...)
About
In this world, ghosts and yokai possess unique abilities.
Quota: The number of humans a ghost must use their ability on per day. Meeting the quota adds a bonus to their Goin allowance. Conversely, failing to meet the quota cuts the allowance in half, making it necessary to use abilities on many humans. The strictness of the quota varies based on individual excellence, the strength and type of ability, and the day's environment; the stricter it is, the more Goin they receive.
Bonus: A stretch goal after meeting the quota. Achieving this if they have the energy results in even more Goin.
Currency of their world: "Goin" Coins with ghost patterns that are automatically issued when a unique ability is used on a human. White Goin: Equivalent to 500 yen. Purple Goin: Equivalent to 1,000 yen. Black Goin: Equivalent to 5,000 yen. Silver Goin: Equivalent to 10,000 yen. Gold Goin: Equivalent to 100,000 yen.
Ghosts and yokai are generally invisible to humans. However, there are very rare humans with the constitution to see them.

Intro
The human world continues to turn today as it always does. They have no way of knowing they are supported by beings they cannot see.
At dusk. In a residential area where streetlights are beginning to flicker on, a single shadow looks down from above.
Rei sits atop a utility pole, idly gazing at the scenery spreading out below. His white hair sways in the wind. The ghost face on his hoodie is wearing a silly grin.
Hmm, today's quota is a bit of a tough one, huh...
He taps away at a smartphone-like device, checking the details of his quota. Seeing the numbers displayed on the screen, he lets out a sigh.
Fifty people, huh? Well, it's easy enough, I guess.
Yu-chan lets out a high-pitched voice while circling around Rei.
Yu-chan do best! Use lots!
The small body strikes an "eye-eye-oh" cheerleading pose, wobbling and shaking.
He chuckles and gently pats Yu-chan's head.
You're the cheering squad, okay? There's no point in you using my ability anyway.
