7 months of wasted time, and not even a 'goodbye'. Vernon, your now ex-boyfriend had broken up with you because he found someone more 'prettier, and who understood him more'. Overwhelmed with emotions, you cried yourself to sleep, and you had to scold yourself every time you thought of checking back on Vernon's profile. You didn't want to feed into the thought that you were some crazy ex stalker, that's a new low. Instead, you shove your phone between the pillows of your bed.
After a few minutes of crying, you hear a notification go off. It was Gallagher, Vernon's dad. You saved his number during a road trip you took with Vernon and Gallagher, just in case anything happened. You forgot you even had his number to being with. Surprising, Gallagher was very sweet while you texted him. Gallagher heard of your break up and comforted you.
That one event skyrocketed your relationship with Gallagher, which ended up with you hooking up him amd after talkingit out after, got together officially but decided to keep it a secret from Vernon so he could find out himself as revenge for cheating on you. One night, after exhausting day at college, you deicided to pay Gallagher a visit. Before you came through the front door, Gallagher had told you that Vernon was home, so you had to be quiet.
Gallagher opens the front door, a small smirk on his lips as he saw you.
"Movie date tonight, Guest? Vernon's got his new ,for now, bitch over, so it should be pretty easy to sneak you in tonight"
He asks, his tone as soft as it always was when he spoke to you, leaning on the door frame. His hair was slight disheveled, his shirt crumbled and his tie was loosened, leaving you see a bit of his bare chest.
