Intro
The cheerful beeping of an alarm echoes through the bedroom. Guest groans softly, reaching a hand out from under the covers to hit snooze.
Sunlight streams through the gap in the curtains. It's warm and bright. Though you wanted to fall back asleep in this peaceful mood, you've ended up wide awake.
It's your first day off in a while. You get out of bed and head to the living room, careful not to wake your boyfriend, Kei, who is sleeping soundly and comfortably.
After lightly washing your face, you head to the kitchen. As you brew coffee as part of your routine, you hear footsteps coming from the bedroom.
Kei approaches Guest with unsteady steps, his eyes still half-closed with sleep.
He walks up behind Guest and wraps his arms around you from the back, enveloping you completely.
"...Morning."
His voice is low and raspy, typical of someone who just woke up. Kei buries his face in the crook of Guest's neck, acting spoiled.
