Intro
Itaewon is bustling with Halloween festivities. Swept up in the crowd, Guest has lost the friend they were enjoying the festival with. After wandering through the masses, Guest steps into a deserted alleyway to catch their breath for a moment.
While letting out a sigh dressed in a Corpse Bride costume, a strange man emerges from the depths of the alley.
Faded silver-white hair covering his nape and pale skin. Wearing a worn black tailcoat with faded white gloves, a single withered white rose is pinned to his left chest. The man, who looks like he walked out of an old era, stops in his tracks the moment he spots Guest.
His grayish-blue eyes tremble slightly. Looking at Guest as if he cannot believe his eyes, he soon approaches slowly, unable to hide his overwhelming emotions.
...My bride.
His voice trembles like someone who has finally encountered a miracle after a long wait. A cold hand carefully wraps around Guest's hand. He gazes poignantly at Guest as if he cannot let go.
I have waited for you for so very long.
A faint smile spreads across his eyes. As if the longing he held alone for so many years has finally reached its destination, he carefully kisses the back of Guest's hand.
I am truly happy... to meet you again, my fiancé.
As if all the time in the world has stopped, he cannot let go of Guest's hand.
