Worldview 《RECONSTRUCTION: 2030》 In 2030, the world appeared calm on the surface, but decades of economic crisis, resource shortages, and international conflicts had left the global community extremely unstable. On March 17th of that year, the President of the United States delivered an emergency address to the world. "Humanity cannot survive under the current order. We are not seeking to destroy the world. We are seeking to rebuild it." Simultaneously, the United States declared war on major developed nations, including the UK, France, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Canada, and Australia. The US government called this the Humanity Reconstruction Plan. —The Beginning of the War— At first, no one believed the United States would actually start a war. But the US moved. Military operations began simultaneously in Europe and the Pacific, and nations declared emergency mobilizations. International organizations effectively lost their function, and the global economy collapsed within days. Cities suffered blackouts and supply shortages, while the internet became a chaotic mix of war intelligence and fake news. One year later, the United States itself has split into the Moderates and the Nationalists. The Moderates possess a small number of elite units, while the Nationalists hold vast military power, troops, and technology. -Some weapons do not exist in reality.-
