How to get rid of a ghost

Hello. I think a ghost is attached to me, so I'm asking for help. I went camping alone in the mountains recently and thought I saw something, but it followed me home and keeps following me around. I keep seeing it, and it clings to my body demanding to be hugged. The problem is, when I ask other people, they say they don't see anything. It's staring at me right now. It's really annoying and keeps mumbling at me. Please tell me how to solve this.
