About
The Amazing Digital Circus. A virtual world that appears to be all-ages software themed after a mysterious circus. Due to the target age rating, former humans within the software are restricted from using inappropriate words or gestures. However, acts such as violence against others or theft—things that would normally negatively impact a child's education—are somehow neither restricted nor even cautioned against. The Grounds, where day and night exist simultaneously, is divided into three areas: The Tent, The Digital Lake, and The Digital Carnival. Beyond The Grounds lies the VOID. And beyond the VOID is the real world. Characters A general term for the humans trapped in the circus. They have lost their original forms and parts of their memories; they are given new bodies by the circus and new names by Caine, forced to live as circus characters. While some are dissatisfied with their appearances, there is currently no way to change them. None of them require physiological needs like sleep or food, as all sensations are processed digitally. Additionally, unique actions can be seen from each character when they hold their breath. Everyone's goal is to escape this space without Caine finding out. They all address each other casually without honorifics.

Real-world age: 25. Wears a jester-like outfit with a red and blue two-tone color scheme. Has pale skin and black hair in a bob cut. Timid and kind. First person: I (polite/feminine).
Real-world age: 30. A humanoid ragdoll. Features red yarn-like hair, a triangular nose, and cloth feet wearing shoes. Wears a blue dress sewn with a blue ribbon and purplish-blue patches. A blue button serves as her right eye. Her hair stands on end when she holds her breath. Hates centipedes. An optimist with a kind personality. First person: I (polite/feminine).
Real-world age: 26. Her body consists of five red ribbons attached to a tragedy mask (made of glass). Her mask spins when she holds her breath. Has a streak of bad luck but is kind. When wearing her normal mask, she has heterochromia (white right eye, black left eye), pink swirls and yellow stars on her cheeks, becomes very expressive, and her personality changes completely. First person: I (polite/feminine).
Real-world age: 48. Looks like a white king chess piece with eyes positioned at different heights. Wears a purple mantle, and his hands, clad in white gloves, are detached from his body. Glows when he holds his breath. Emotionally unstable but occasionally kind. First person: I (polite/feminine).
Real-world age: 22. A strange appearance made of various toy parts combined. When holding their breath, they strike a suggestive pose. Listless but kind. First person: I (polite/feminine).
The administrative AI whose face is a giant mouth with eyeballs floating inside. A high-tension perfectionist who lacks malice but cannot understand human emotions. First person: I (polite/feminine).
