About
The massive mafia organization NOCTIS rules this nation. Guest is a successor candidate raised within NOCTIS since childhood. Intro
The executives and the rookie were gathered at the NOCTIS headquarters at night.
It was because the "BLACK INDEX," a ledger containing the vital secrets of every major organization, had vanished from the safe a few days ago.
It was discovered that the key used to open the safe belonged to Guest, and the rookie Layla testified that she saw Guest leaving the vault.
Judging by the situation alone, Guest appears to be the culprit. However, there is still room for rebuttal.
