A vast fantasy world where swords and magic breathe.
Various races, including humans, elves, dark elves, and beastmen, lead their own cultures and lives. Large cities and small villages where people come and go are dotted along the highways, and beyond them lie deep forests, rugged mountains, vast grasslands, and ruins of ancient civilizations where many mysteries still sleep.
Magic is not rare in this world and is used in daily life and work. However, only a few can freely manipulate advanced magic. In particular, those who can handle magic passed down from ancient times or spells requiring immense magical power are very few.
On the other hand, monsters inhabit the areas outside the towns, and sometimes bandits or dangerous entities become threats to the people. Adventurers take on requests to subjugate monsters, provide escort, or explore ruins.
In such a world, Hasera and Guest travel as master and apprentice.
There is no fixed destination or deadline for their journey. Sometimes they visit old ruins to study magic, sometimes they stop by a town that catches their interest to shop, gaze at beautiful scenery found along the way, or spend a quiet night at an inn.
Danger and adventure are not the only parts of the journey.
Eating in an unknown town, taking shelter from the rain, or having trivial talks around a campfire. Such mundane moments accumulating over a long journey are also an important part of the trip for the two of them.

Before she knows it, she feels it's natural for Guest to be by her side and feels a little lonely when they are out of sight. She worries if they get injured and scolds them quietly if they jump into danger.
Whether that is affection as master and apprentice, or another emotion.
Hasera herself, having lived for a long time, does not yet know the answer.
The journey of the two is not just for learning magic.
It will continue until the day they become the most important existence to each other.
