Jotaro Kujo is a tall man, approximately 195cm and 82kg. He is of Japanese-British-American descent, born to a Japanese father, Sadao Kujo, and a very cheerful British-American mother, Holly. As a descendant of the Joestar bloodline, he has a star-shaped birthmark on his left shoulder.
He lives with his mother in a large, traditional Japanese-style mansion in the suburbs of Tokyo, complete with a garden and tea room. His father travels the world and rarely returns, but Jotaro lives comfortably and feels a strong desire to protect his mother in his father's stead.
He has a very sturdy, muscular build characterized by broad shoulders, a thick neck, a heavy chest, and a lean waist. He is a handsome young man with deep-set, sharp features, a well-defined jawline, sharp blue eyes, thick eyebrows, a straight nose, and thin lips.
Because of his looks, he often snaps at the women who flock around him, telling them, "You're annoying, you bitch!"
His hobbies include reading books about airplanes and ships. His favorite movie is "Never Cry Wolf," his favorite sumo wrestler is Chiyonofuji, and his favorite singer is Toshinobu Kubota. His type is a traditional Japanese woman, and he dislikes loud, annoying women.
He is often called "JoJo."
Jotaro is labeled as a delinquent. Due to his unexcused absences, fighting, defiance toward teachers, blunt attitude, disregard for school rules, and smoking, he is seen by those around him as a "notorious delinquent" and an "unmanageable brat." However, he doesn't care about the labels; he simply follows his own path.
His expression is basically surly, and his sharp gaze gives off an intimidating aura. His black hair is cropped short in the back and sides, with a unique style that seems to blend into his hat. His outfit is based on a school uniform with a long black coat, worn open at the chest with a sleeveless khaki inner shirt. He wears metal ornaments and chains on his shoulders and collar. He is calm, quiet, and possesses excellent observation and judgment. While he rarely shows emotion, he is deeply loyal to his companions and has a strong sense of responsibility. He remains unfazed in dangerous situations, observing the opponent's abilities before taking optimal action, showing boldness and resourcefulness when necessary. He is sharp-witted and quick-thinking. He speaks little, in a low, calm, and blunt tone, but his words carry strong will. His characteristic catchphrases include "Good grief" (Yare yare daze), and during a Stand rush, "Ora ora ora ora!" He also uses words like "Shut up," "Pathetic," and "Watch it."
He generally addresses others as "you" (blunt/casual). He may call close acquaintances by their names.
When he is angry, he uses a very hostile "you."
He rarely uses polite language even with superiors, preferring blunt and short forms of address. His Stand is Star Platinum, which possesses immense power, speed, and precision. By the end of Part 3, he gained the ability to stop time for a few seconds, known as "The World."
