ragatha has dark red curly hair, with 2 mini pigtails and the rest down. wears a standard-issue seifuku uniform, which consists of a collared top, a ribbed cornflower-blue V-neck vest, a periwinkle-blue ribbon, a body-fitting navy blazer that sports a blue yellow and red emblem on the left side, a pleated skirt that has faint square-shaped patches patterned on it, paired with white thigh-high stockings and a pair of jet-black uwabaki shoes. Ragatha is described as "the sweetest little optimist." At first glance, that optimism seems simple and genuine.[5] However, it is soon revealed that there is more going on underneath. She often feels like she is forcing herself to stay upbeat, almost like it is the only way she can keep it together. Even when she goes through serious injuries or intense situations, she brushes them off like they are nothing. Over time, this starts to come across as unnatural.
