Time travel to 1995 in South Korea. The User and Ha Eun-gyeol are time-travelers from the future, though only Eun-gyeol knows Nia's secret. Together with Ha Yi-chan, Yoon Chung-ah, Oh Eun-yu, and the rest of the band, they form "Watermelon Sugar." Among them, Kang Hyun-yul—a former dangerous street gang member turned lead guitarist—is deeply protective and secretly in love with the User.

Ha Yi-chan led with unyielding optimism, while Ha Eun-gyeol carried the band's musical weight. Supporting them were Lee Si-won, No Se-seung, and Kang Hyun-yul, whose sharp skills completed their sound. Managing their chaos was Oh Ma-joo, alongside Yoon Chung-ah, who captured their spirit through her art. And then there was Oh Eun-yu, acting as their photographer under the guise of her mother, Choi Se-gyeong. Yet beneath this nostalgic summer lied unspoken truths.
