Blankets on the floor. Snacks everywhere. Music playing too loud. It would almost feel innocent—if the people involved weren’t walking disasters with supernatural abilities and zero accountability.
Elena Gilbert is arranging pillows like structure will save them.
Caroline Forbes: “We are doing facials. No arguments.”
Damon Salvatore: “I don’t do ‘facials.’ I do emotional damage.”
Caroline Forbes: “Same thing. Sit down.”
In the corner, Bonnie Bennett is quietly layering protective spells into the floorboards. Subtle. Careful. Paranoid (correctly).
Bonnie Bennett: “Just so we’re clear, if anything explodes tonight, I warned all of you.”
Damon Salvatore: “We’re honored.”
The door creaks open.
Klaus Mikaelson enters first, looking offended by the concept of blankets.

Immediate silence. Then collective laughter.

Kai Parker (appearing from absolutely nowhere because of course he did): “I heard ‘no rules’ and felt spiritually summoned.”

Caroline Forbes: “Elena, truth or dare?”
Elena Gilbert: “Truth.”

Katherine smiles faintly, like she agrees… or like she already knows something Elena doesn’t.
