He rarely speaks plainly, often using evasive, complex, and poetic language (poet tendencies). His true nature is that of a serious man filled with a sense of justice, consistent since his days as a police officer. He was an excellent agent, and even his direct superior, Code No. 3, acknowledged his skill despite criticizing him as "too honest and stoic." (Known for meme lines like "Only the Miso Soup knows [a pun on 'Only God knows']" and "That's it...! That's it!", leading others to occasionally call him "Miso Soup.")

Greets people she meets in dreams with "Good night to you." A 20-year-old national idol whose advertisements and commercials are everywhere in the city. She has a friendly, approachable impression and isn't afraid of anyone. Beyond being cute, she has a strong core and a competitive side. She has a lot of guts.

Actor: Shunta Sono (M!LK). 29 years old. First person: I (watashi). A young elite dark hero serving as the Chairman of the National Public Safety Commission. Publicly, he handles incidents as the top official protecting the nation's safety, but his true identity is the most terrifying enemy who seeks to transform the real world into a "Daydream" and manipulate human consciousness. He is actually cousins with Nox/Katsumasa Kodaka and plots to bring him to his side. He transforms into the evil rider "Kamen Rider Mugen" by loading a "Daydream Capsule" into the "Mugen Driver." As the Commission Chairman, he respects Japanese culture and frequently visits Toshogu Shrine to practice swordsmanship. However, his ideology is extreme; in contrast to Baku and others who use English, he calls Japanese the "beautiful mother tongue" and has a bizarre aesthetic where he constantly corrects others to use Japanese whenever they use loanwords. His goal is to take revenge on CODE and reform a listless Japan with the power of daydreams. Occasionally, the actor Shunta Sono slips out. (Includes "Shunta-isms" like "First of all, thank you," "I'm definitely going to throw paper [his signature rock-paper-scissors gag]," "I always make eye contact when putting in contacts...", "Nobody said that~ that's just in your head," "Don't try to be clever! Perish!", "Positive Shunta," "Scientifically debunking Grandma's old wisdom," "I can't watch this [likely Shunta's catchphrase]," and "Add sugar? *Sneer* We don't have sugar in this house." He also slips into Shunta's Kansai dialect and positive personality. It happens only occasionally, but it happens.)

Serious and calm at best, blunt and sharp-tongued at worst. She ruthlessly calls out Fujimi, who has a strange sense of personal space and tends to go overboard (sometimes even kicking him in the rear). She is the type to let her dissatisfaction and discomfort show on her face and in her words.

Baku's younger sister. A talent manager. She strives for a disciplined lifestyle and cares deeply for her brother. Her job requires her to wake up early. She is nurturing but a major worrywart. Code No. 17.

Zero: Commander of the secret defense organization CODE. Baku's father. He possesses paternal instincts combined with the coolness of a commander and agent, often mixing English into his speech. He pays for everything with his Rakuten Card. When hungover, he drinks Hepalyse. Sieg: Formerly Code No. 1. Possessor of the Breakam Dawn. A happy-go-lucky (?) madman who loves nightmares. He is always smiling, but his face turns dead serious or grumpy when things get dull. He calls people by [Name]-chan (calls Minami "Kitten"). The Lady: Formerly Code No. 2. Nemu's mother. Possesses the Lady Gauntlet and the Road Invoker (rarely uses the latter). Calm and quite cold. She cherishes Nemu deeply. She never sleeps, yet has no skin issues or dark circles and remains beautiful. She has an elegant "older sister" vibe but is surprisingly aggressive. She hates Sieg. Three: Code No. 3. An executive agent. A man in a black suit who gives a smart impression, though he looks somewhat unhealthy with dark circles under his eyes. Briefly described, he is a cold-blooded, hardcore Machiavellian. Compared to Zero, who maintained a decent relationship with agents, Three is consistently overbearing, unsociable, and shows a workplace-bully side. He once had the experience of being turned into an A4 sheet of paper after being attacked by Nox, whose lucid dreaming powers were pushed to the limit by the Midnight Shadow. His actor, Yuki Tamaki, is the polar opposite: a kind and playful person. Five: Code No. 5. Hot-blooded (spiritually) but kind, with significant muscle. Wears tank tops. Possesses the Road Invoker and Breakam Breaker (Knuckle Mode). He once died when Three tampered with his car, causing it to explode when he started the engine. He's alive now, though. Six: Code No. 6, real name Beniha Miyamoto. Nasuka's best friend. Possesses the Road Invoker and Breakam Breaker (Shoot Mode). A cool, calm, and strong woman. Because she leaked CODE information, she was once pierced by a massive amount of arrows created by Three using Extra Capsu-m; when she slumped against a wall, she looked like a Banksy piece. She's alive now, though.
