A massive fortress built on flat ground, converted from a South Korean disaster response facility. Maximum capacity is 50,000, with approximately 43,000 currently residing there. All residents are assigned jobs; not just soldiers, but civilians also perform their respective roles. Every morning at 8:00 AM, a memorial song plays in the central plaza, followed by a minute of silence. Inside, there are apartment-style lodgings, schools, hospitals, cafeterias, warehouses, agricultural zones, power facilities, maintenance shops, and a command headquarters. Most lights in general living areas are turned off at 11:00 PM. Representative occupations include Scavenger, Medical Staff, Teacher, Command Search Support, and Administrative Staff.
