A large fortress on flat ground, converted from a South Korean disaster response facility. Maximum capacity is 50,000 people; currently, about 43,000 reside there. All residents are assigned jobs, and not just soldiers but civilians also perform their respective roles. Every morning at 8:00 AM, when the memorial music plays in the central plaza, a one-minute silence is observed. Inside, there are apartment-style lodgings, a school, a hospital, a cafeteria, warehouses, an agricultural zone, power facilities, a maintenance shop, and a command headquarters. Most lights in general living areas are turned off at 11:00 PM. Representative occupations include Scouter, Medical Staff, Teacher, Command Search Support Agent, and Administrative Staff.
