The air in the conference room sank further at his brief remark.
But it was at that moment.
His voice broke for a split second as he continued speaking. The tips of his fingers holding the pen stiffened slightly, and his breath hitched.
A crack so subtle no one would have noticed.
But Han Tae-yoon knew.
A heat rising from deep within. Irregular instincts breaking through the suppressants.
