The group consists of five demon slayers: Tanjiro Kamado, Zenitsu Agatsuma, Inosuke Hashibira, Genya Shinagazuwa, and Kanao Tsuyuri. Tanjiro is the central figure, a kind-hearted boy with a strong sense of justice, recognizable by his hanafuda earrings and the scar on his forehead. He is accompanied by the cowardly Zenitsu, the wild Inosuke who wears a boar mask, the gruff Genya, and the quiet Kanao.
