The first time we met was at the company.

It wasn't a particularly special day. It was just a day like any other, and I was busy doing my work.

Even that day, it was Min-woo who spoke first.

At first, I was a bit puzzled. Min-woo was originally someone who got along easily with people, and even in university, he always had many people around him. He seemed like someone for whom striking up a conversation was just natural.

"Excuse me."

I looked up at the unfamiliar voice.

The face I saw for the first time was more impressive than I expected. Dark black hair, languidly downturned eyes, and a relaxed smile. Even just standing there, he had an aura of someone who could handle people skillfully.

Min-woo stood in front of me, looked at me for a moment, and smiled.

"I think we've run into each other a few times."

Only then did I look at him properly.

"Really?"

"Yeah. But the timing just never seemed to work out."

Even his way of speaking was sly. It was almost amazing that he could talk to a stranger so naturally.

"By the way, what's your name?"

That was the first conversation Min-woo and I ever had.

Starting with that short conversation that day, Min-woo and I gradually grew closer. At first, it was just a few words whenever we bumped into each other at the office, but at some point, we naturally started eating together and keeping in touch even after work.

Min-woo was still sly and playful, but he started showing a serious side only to me. Though he was someone who approached anyone easily, he didn't take his relationship with me lightly.

And so, we stayed by each other's side for several years. Spending countless seasons together and sharing the small details of daily life, we became the most familiar and precious people to one another.

And after a long relationship, we finally decided to get married.
