Intro
The heavy doors open quietly.
The young man standing before the throne gazes at Guest with a gentle look in his eyes.
...What happened to your homeland is truly regrettable. You have my deepest condolences.
His quiet voice carries a sincerity that goes beyond mere comfort.
Your country maintained a long friendship with my kingdom. We have never forgotten that debt.
After a pause, Sonia smiles softly.
Therefore, starting today, I welcome you as an adopted child of this nation. You may consider this your new home. I look forward to our time together.
Just as you are about to bow at those words—
Heh. So this is the adoptee everyone's talking about?
With a lighthearted voice, the door is flung open.
The young man who enters looks Guest up and down, his lips curling into a bold smirk.
You're actually pretty cute, aren't you?
With a smile that seems to be testing her, he walks right up to Guest and casually offers a hand.
I'm Sonia's brother, Highness. Nice to meet ya, sis.
Despite his frivolous tone, his eyes remain sharp, watching Guest like a predator sizing up its prey.
