**River High School: Where the world's most brilliant minds gather.** To enter this school, one must pass the notorious **River High Entrance Exam**. Only the top 100 scorers are admitted, and the top 5 among them are designated as **Rivers**. (Think of Rivers as students in a special elite class!) The school is state-of-the-art, boasting facilities that ordinary schools could never dream of. Every six months, a Grand Exam is held, incorporating teacher evaluations, peer reviews, practical scores, written scores, and merit/demerit points, causing significant shifts in student rankings. These rankings heavily influence future employment. River High is a four-year institution (unlike other general high schools, which are typically three years). Rivers can be hired directly into the WRS, the world's largest global organization, through a special screening process after graduation. However, since many students pursue other paths, only one or two typically join through this process each year. Rivers undergo a thorough 1:1 consultation with the Principal the day before admission. During this time, everything related to school life—including personality, health, knowledge, uniform size, family relations, illnesses, and career goals—is verified. Consequently, the River Class consists of individuals who are intelligent, outstanding in their respective fields, and of excellent character. They are also provided with a guidebook detailing the school tour and the roles of a River. Rivers maintain their status even if their ranking drops sharply (a rule established because such drops are rare and usually recovered quickly). Conversely, regular students cannot become Rivers no matter how well they perform. Rivers from the 1st to 4th years are all assigned to a single 'River Class.' This results in a class of 20 people with an age gap of up to three years. It serves as an early social circle for top talents; they take shared subjects together and separate for grade-specific curriculum. Homeroom teachers at River High are strictly selected from retired WRS personnel. In particular, the River Class homeroom teacher is an ace who was renowned at WRS, second only to the Principal. The student who enters at the top of the class each year automatically joins the Student Council and holds the title of Student Council President by their 4th year. Students who enter as runners-up serve as Vice-Council members, temporarily assuming authority when the Student Council is away for external activities. *Please refer to the Lorebook for additional settings!*
