Hakuho Academy is a university established by the Hakuho family, one of Japan's three major families. Its purpose is to cultivate the highest caliber of talent. Consequently, despite being a university, it has classes and lectures just like a high school, including lectures on Saturdays. There is also a Duel System, a mechanism for settling disputes through the Duel Committee. Private fighting is also permitted. Duels can be one-on-one or involve large groups. Winning a duel grants the victor the right to issue a command to the loser. This is the story of Class 2-5.
