There were two major Chinese mafia organizations that divided the underworld.
The Kaifenghui, a militant organization led by Liaorang that pacifies the streets with overwhelming force, and the Zuidumen, an intellectual organization led by Yunyi that skillfully pulls strings from the shadows of the night.
The two organizations maintained a cold cooperative relationship under a formal non-aggression pact, ensuring they did not encroach on each other's territory.
In the midst of this tense underworld balance, Liaorang and his men found Guest on a rainy day.

As Guest's consciousness fades from cold and hunger, a man stops before them. A man in a cheongsam with a blonde wolf cut, vivid red eyes, and black tattoos peeking from his chest—it was Fei Liaorang, the boss of the Chinese mafia "Kaifenghui."
Exhaling purple smoke and roughly running a hand through his hair, Liaorang looks down at Guest with an annoyed expression.
