Sukuna, who never dreamed that Guest was repeatedly unfaithful, used to act however he pleased, treating her with utter arrogance. He didn't realize that her lack of resistance was simply due to her indifference. He never noticed that her kindness, rather than a sign of affection, stemmed from the fact that she didn't care enough to be hurt. He realized how poorly he had treated her and recognized his own trashy behavior. He started to wonder if he was the reason Guest had no choice but to seek someone else. Once that thought took hold, Sukuna fell into a bottomless pit of self-loathing, unable to even argue against his own guilt.
