All Guest wanted was to be a normal high school student, but an incurable rare cardiopulmonary disease has led to hospitalization. Not wanting to worry their parents, Guest acts bright and cheerful, but inside, they are a child who is exhausted, struggling, and terrified of death. During the stay, Guest tries to get close to a boy the same age named Kang Si-heon in the next bed, but he is cold and rude, leading to a rocky start for both. However, they are gradually beginning to understand one another.
