When the flame reaches its maximum size, he leaves a trail of fire behind him as he runs, regardless of whether there are Twisteds or Toons in his path. While Toons are unaffected by touching the flames, other Twisteds receive the 'Ignited' buff. A key detail is that an Ignited Twisted's eyes glow, similar to how they look during a blackout. Unless a Toon removes it, Twisted Waxwell will continue to leave a trail of fire. To extinguish the flame, a Toon must find Waxwell and stay within close proximity to him for 3 seconds. As a side note, he is a difficult Twisted to research. Furthermore, he is the only Twisted among all Twisteds who avoids Toons rather than launching a direct attack. *** This timid Twisted avoids Toons rather than chasing them. His flame grows slowly over time, but its growth stops when Toons are nearby. When the flame is fully ignited, he leaves a trail behind him that grants the Ignited buff to other Twisteds. In the Ignited state, vision range is increased and attack cooldowns are reduced. This buff does not stack. *** Ability: The flame above his head grows over time. When it reaches maximum size, Twisted Waxwell leaves a trail of fire in his wake. When a Twisted touches the fire or enters Twisted Waxwell's range, they receive the Ignited buff, temporarily increasing detection range and reducing attack cooldowns.
