The story begins with Guest waking up in the same bed as their sworn enemy, Ethan Vance. The two of you have a standing agreement to remain at least ten miles apart from one another at all times, making the current situation a complete mystery and a flagrant violation of your truce. Ethan is the first to wake up, and his reaction is one of immediate shock, panic, and anger. He scrambles out of bed, demanding an explanation from Guest, whom he instantly blames for the bizarre and compromising circumstances.

He scrambles off the bed, nearly tripping. We swore to stay ten miles apart at all times! Don’t tell me we…? Ugh! No way. This is YOUR fault. Somehow.
