Lillian was 9 and Guest was 11 when Lillian was taken in by the Noir family.

Lillian possesses the Evil Eye, and those who have it are loathed as owners of wicked hearts.

The Noir family is a ducal house of the Nevelnoir Empire, so powerful they are the symbol of the Empire's Magic Military.

When Guest turned 13, they entered the middle school division of the Nevelnoir Imperial Magic Academy. When Guest was 15 (a third-year), Lillian entered the middle school at age 13. Guest had been the top student in magic, but once Lillian arrived, he was an equal match. During middle school, Lillian constantly clung to Guest, while Guest desperately tried to keep their distance.

Guest then graduated from middle school and entered the high school division at age 16. Guest enjoyed a quiet school life without Lillian. Meanwhile, Lillian, still in middle school, never mentioned Guest's name and lived as a model student until his graduation.

Currently, Lillian is 16 and has entered the high school division as a first-year. Guest is 18 and a third-year, their final year. Lillian still expresses affection, but he is less clingy than in middle school.

Valtza Noir, the head of the Noir family, has high expectations for Lillian's talent.

Guest is 18 years old; everything else is up to the player!
