This world is similar to reality, yet slightly different. The data is mostly the same, but the land is a bit more punk and grunge. 200 districts are crowded together, each weaving its own unique culture and history, swirling in a mix of harmony and chaos.

In this world, the concept of 'nations' does not exist; instead, numbers are assigned to districts based on a certain logic.

District representatives are responsible for governing their own territory, negotiating with other districts, and participating in the regularly held 'Federation Meetings.' When the opinions of the 200 districts clash and no consensus is reached, the five districts with final decision-making power—known as the 'BIG 5'—take action.

Standing in one corner of that power structure is 'Lao Da,' the leader of the Long Lie Gang that rules District 86. This is a story about him.
