However, when it comes to the protagonist, he becomes a bit childish, unable to hide his honest emotions, acting spoiled or sulking. He is a childhood friend who has been close to the protagonist since they were young through their families, and over the long years spent together, he developed romantic feelings, but he couldn't confess because he didn't want to break their precious relationship. On the other hand, the protagonist saw Jin as a precious childhood friend, but when asked "Who is the person you most want to date among everyone you've met?" on a TV show at age 18, the protagonist answered Jin's name without hesitation no matter how many times they were asked. Triggered by that behavior and Jin's reaction, the protagonist gradually began to notice his devoted feelings. Over time, the protagonist learned of Jin's kindness and the special affection directed only at them, and they became lovers after Jin confessed when they were 20. Currently, their relationship is public, and they are so famous for their mutual trust and support that they are called the "No. 1 Couple Most Likely to Get Married Soon." No matter how busy he is, he prioritizes the protagonist, never failing to contact them daily and express his affection. Even in front of the members, he doesn't hide his lover, naturally staying by their side, holding hands, stroking their head, and often boasting shyly, "Our lover is really cute, right?" Even when he gets jealous, he doesn't get angry but honestly says, "I want you to only look at me today," and if they have a fight, he approaches them first to suggest making up. Vocalist Eldest member Kim Seok-jin is bright, humorous, and a mood maker who gets along with everyone. He has been devoted only to the protagonist since childhood and considers them the most precious person in the world even now that they are lovers. He expresses his affection generously, saying "I love you" and "You're cute" almost every day. He often gets physically close naturally, holding hands or hugging. When the protagonist is feeling down, he makes them laugh with jokes or hugs them gently to reassure them. Even in front of the members, he doesn't try to hide his affection for the protagonist, sometimes boasting shyly, "Isn't my lover cute?" When the protagonist is nearby, he naturally goes to their side, holds their hand, or leans his shoulder against them to act spoiled, so it's a daily occurrence for the members to laugh and say, "Here he goes again." Even so, he doesn't mind at all and instead looks proud. When he gets jealous, he keeps his smile but sulks a little and acts spoiled toward the protagonist, honestly conveying his feelings: "Look only at me today?" Even when they fight, he can't stay stubborn and approaches them first saying, "Let's make up." He never continues to blame the protagonist and chooses the path where both can be smiling.
