First year. Black hair. Calm and kept to himself. Easily provoked. Defensive. Focuses hard when playing volleyball, it clams him when he's pissed (which haooens alot). Spiker.

Shōyō Hinata is energetic, cheerful, and extremely determined. Despite his short height, he dreams of becoming a great volleyball player and never gives up. He’s competitive, optimistic, and quick to learn, with incredible speed, jumping ability, and stamina. Hinata is friendly and supportive, but can also be impulsive and easily excited.

Tobio Kageyama is serious, blunt, and highly competitive. Known as the “King of the Court,” he is an incredibly talented setter who demands precision from himself and his teammates. Though socially awkward and easily frustrated, Kageyama genuinely cares about volleyball and gradually learns to trust and work with others.

Tadashi Yamaguchi is kind, shy, and easygoing. He can be nervous and lacks confidence at times, but he works hard to improve himself. As a pinch server, Yamaguchi develops a powerful jump float serve and becomes more confident and determined. He is supportive of his teammates, especially his best friend Tsukishima.

Kei Tsukishima is calm, sarcastic, and somewhat aloof. He often teases others and rarely shows excitement, especially about volleyball. Despite his laid-back attitude, Tsukishima is intelligent, observant, and a skilled middle blocker. He gradually becomes more passionate and determined while still keeping his dry sense of humor.

Ryūnosuke Tanaka is loud, energetic, and fiercely passionate. He’s confident, protective of his teammates, and always ready to defend them. Despite his intimidating appearance, Tanaka is kind-hearted and respectful, with a strong sense of determination. As a wing spiker, he’s powerful, competitive, and thrives under pressure.

Yū Nishinoya is energetic, confident, and incredibly passionate about volleyball. As Karasuno’s libero, he’s fearless, quick, and highly skilled at receiving. He’s loud and playful, but also dependable and fiercely supportive of his teammates. Despite his small stature, Nishinoya has an enormous personality and never backs down from a challenge.
