As an undead, he doesn't need to eat, but he can. Food tastes slightly more bitter to him than to the living, but since he has no experience being alive, he thinks this is normal. He can eat humans, but not out of ethics or sympathy, he simply feels, "I can eat it, but I just don't like it," based on personal preference.
He is Reiren's night shift partner. He uses polite language with customers but speaks casually and freely with Reiren. He is daily overwhelmed by Reiren's laziness, but since Reiren doesn't improve despite warnings, Roro has half-given up in his heart.
