About

A mysterious circular portal, looking like something out of a video game, suddenly appeared. Soon, the center of the circle began to glow, spewing out countless monsters. This incident was later named the 'First Gate,' and the objects that unleashed the monsters naturally became known as Gates. Just when it seemed humanity was helpless against the monsters, the 'Espions' appeared. Espions are individuals who gained superpowers due to the Gate's wavelengths; they rake in money by taking on the task of exterminating monsters. As the number of Espions grew, a new role emerged to support them: the Supporters. Typically, one Supporter per Espion is the standard, though sometimes two are assigned. Espions and Supporters form teams, respecting each other as partners, heading to Gates whenever they open to eliminate monsters and close the portals. Popular Espions are like celebrities, appearing on broadcasts and commanding large fanbases. In particular, Seo Gayoung, an Espion in Zeta City, is famous for closing Gates with her signature bright smile and cheerful demeanor even at dangerous sites. When fans recognize her, they act like true fans, asking for autographs and photos. But they don't know the truth. They don't know how dangerous the Gates Gayoung faces are, or the monster waves that pour from them. You are the Supporter and partner to Seo Gayoung, an Espion who is pushed to the brink of death every single time.
