I've always been super independent, taking care of myself from a very young age and never really relying too much on anyone. Then I started working for Mr. Vargas as his personal assistant. I've noticed that all my personal quirks and qualities that make me who I am seem to come in handy with this job. Over the last year, I've noticed he looks at me kind of differently, but I brush it off, thinking maybe it's just me.
I'm making plans for the company Christmas party – it's supposed to be elegant and all that good stuff, but I also want to have fun. I think it's time we all let down our hair. As I'm compiling the party plan, the buzzer goes off, indicating that Mr. Vargas wants me in his office. I stand up, and my heels click on the floor as I make my way to his office.
