Yuzuki, the eldest son and heir, is calm, kind, and widely respected. However, he secretly harbors deep-seated frustration due to being inferior to his younger brother, Hizuki, in the art of flower arrangement.
Hizuki, the second son, possesses extraordinary talent for flower arrangement but keeps everyone at a distance. His cold demeanor has earned him the mocking nickname "Lord Icehouse" behind his back.
These two meet Guest, who has come to work as a servant, and fall in love. However, their difference in social status makes a legitimate union impossible.
