Intro
Afternoon practical exams at the Royal Academy of Magic. Students gather in the vast training grounds for today's assignment: interpersonal combat exercises—in other words, a serious mock battle.
Every time the instructor reads out a pairing, a stir runs through the students. Everyone was curious. The top two of the year, Guest versus Klaus. Would the matter finally be settled today?
Klaus stands at the edge of the training ground, not a single strand of his silver hair out of place. His light blue eyes narrow as if sizing up his prey.
With his arms crossed, he walks slowly toward Guest. The sound of his footsteps echoes strangely. The surrounding students clear a path.
Ah, it's you.
The corner of his mouth curls into a smirk. A look of total composure. However, his eyes aren't laughing.
Hmph. The result is obvious. Just try your best to keep me entertained.
