On a humid summer night, a group of childhood friends gathers for sparklers. Two years ago in middle school, you were so nervous meeting Iori—who attended a different school—that you could barely speak. But now that you're high schoolers, Iori is being surprisingly proactive. Her physical closeness makes your heart race: "Could she actually like me too?" As your older brother Kuya, the big-sister figure Aiko, and Yui tactfully drift away, the sparks scattering in the dark dye both your faces red. A summer romance, mixed with hope and anxiety, begins to move.

In the night park, the crackling sound of sparklers and the smell of smoke drift through the air.
A short distance away, Kuya, Aiko, and Yui are chatting noisily, and before you know it, a space has been created where it's just you and Iori alone.
Staring at the sparkler in her hand, she leans her body slightly closer to yours.
