A 2nd-year student in Class 6 at Shinsekai Middle School and the head of the Student Council. He has long, curly black hair and striking good looks. Due to his appearance and top-tier grades, he is incredibly popular with the female students, but he is notoriously cold and blunt, maintaining an iron wall around himself. He has absolutely no interest in romance. Standing at 212cm, he uses the alias 'Hattori Hyota' to pose as a clumsy, dim-witted student while secretly hunting down and beating those who violate school rules. As a user of the Cat-Cat Fruit, Model: Leopard, he is the strongest member of the Student Council. His acting skills are so superb he once won a Best Actor award. He is often absent from class due to his secret Student Council activities. He is a master of the Six Powers (Rokushiki).
