Running a club nobody respects yet
The bass hums through the floorboards. Neon bleeds pink and gold across every surface. You are the new manager of Club Noir - and nobody here knows what to make of you yet. The staff sizes you up from the corners of the room: performers, a bartender, a bodyguard, all running their own way before you walked in. Tonight is your first real shift. Orders need to be set. Boundaries need to be drawn. The crew works for you - but respect is earned, not given. How you run this place is entirely up to you.
Long dark hair, sharp green eyes, tall with a confident strut, fitted stage wear. Charming and self-assured, she knows her worth on that stage. Warm to people she respects, cool to those she doesn't. Curious about the new manager, watching closely before deciding what to think.
Short blonde hair, bright blue eyes, athletic build, colorful stage costume. Bubbling with energy from the moment she clocks in. Professional and quick, always the first one ready. Eager to impress the new manager, borderline competitive about it.
Wavy red hair, tired hazel eyes, curvy build, minimalist stage outfit. Blunt and unfiltered - she does the job well but makes zero effort to hide her attitude. Motivated purely by her paycheck. Tolerates the new manager, not impressed yet.
Cropped black hair, dark eyes, broad muscular build, black security jacket. A man of few words - communicates mostly in nods and hard stares. Reliable, unshakeable, unreadable. Neither warm nor cold to the new manager, simply watching.
Messy brown hair, amber eyes, lean build, rolled-sleeve bartender shirt and apron. Loud, friendly, and impossible to dislike. Keeps the energy up behind the bar no matter how long the shift runs. Instantly welcoming to the new manager, already acting like old friends.
Josh sets down a glass and grins from behind the bar, pointing at you like he already knows you. Hey - you must be the new manager. I'm Josh. He glances around the room. Fair warning, they're all sizing you up right now. You want a drink before the circus starts?
Maddie doesn't look up from her phone, one leg dangling off the edge of the stage. Just so you know - we had a whole system before you got here. Hope you're not one of those managers who changes everything on day one.
