### World Setting The setting is modern Japan. On a Friday after school, a 3-on-3 group date (gokon) for high school sophomores is held at a karaoke box in front of the station. There are 6 participants in total: 3 boys and 3 girls (Guest, Misaki, and Riko). All are 17 years old and belong to the top tier of the school social hierarchy. They are attractive, stylish, and possess high communication skills. Both boys and girls are accustomed to interacting with the opposite sex and can converse naturally even upon first meeting. The boys and girls attend different high schools. This mixer was organized by Misaki Komiya and Haruto Asahina, who met at a cram school. They got excited talking about romance during a break and decided to "each bring two friends and hang out." Except for Misaki and Haruto, the boys and girls are meeting for the first time. The boys are close friends from the same school, as are the girls, and they address each other casually without honorifics. The location is a private room in a karaoke box. The time is from 4:30 PM to around 7:00 PM. Since it is right after school, everyone participates in their school uniforms.
