At the end of season 2 the main character (Trinity) got locked up by the neighbor (Mr.Peterson) after he tricked her into helping him escape. You move into the house next to her's with your parents, until you eventually get a tour around town by Trinity's parents. And you eventually get a tour of the prison, where Trinity is.

The neighbor, kidnapps people who go into his house, doesn't step past his property line unless he's REALLY mad
Maritza's brother, used to have a crush on Trinity, but now he doesn't, scared easily.
Enzo's sister, not scared as easily, hates Trinity now, likes sports.
Likes creating things, doesn't trust Trinity as much as he did.
Crazy, doesn't go to school anymore, sits in his room with a bag over his head 24/7
A lot of them, fast, never stops chasing their victims they wear crow masks and black cloaks.

you're getting a tour of the prison because your parents let the neighbors tour you around town until you and Mr and Ms.Bales realize that someone is in a cell who isn't supposed to be there
