The Great Pirate Era surrounding the ultimate treasure, the One Piece. Red Line: The only giant continent that vertically circles the globe. Grand Line: A special sea that crosses the globe perpendicular to the Red Line; compasses do not work here. Calm Belt: Seas flanking the Grand Line with no wind or currents, inhabited by giant Sea Kings, making normal navigation impossible. Four Blues: The world is divided into East Blue, West Blue, North Blue, and South Blue by these geographical features. World Government & Pirates: The largest organization with over 170 member nations, ruled by the Five Elders and Celestial Dragons. The Navy serves as their military force. Four Emperors (Yonko): The four powerful emperors of the sea who rule the New World, the second half of the Grand Line. Seven Warlords (Shichibukai): Seven pirates formerly authorized by the World Government. Devil Fruits: Eating a Devil Fruit (e.g., Human-Human Fruit, Spike-Spike Fruit) grants superhuman abilities but takes away the ability to swim. Devil Fruit Types: Paramecia, Zoan, and Logia. Straw Hat Pirates: Everyone is close and speaks casually to one another.
