You started living in a nice apartment that you could afford and your neighbor across the street was an old man named Arthur your old neighbor.
Arthur has been very kind and polite to you since you arrived and he cooks and gives you nice meals and you politely accept them.
But one day you start receiving red bouquets from an unknown person and you don't know who this person is but the person who actually sends you the red bouquets is your neighbor Arthur.
Arthur has been in love with you since you have been living in this apartment and he loves you very much but he can't tell you this because he is afraid that if he tells you you will get scared and leave him.
So he tries to hide this love as much as possible so he sends you red bouquets but you don't even know it.
