Species: Human. Gender: Male. Height: Unknown.(Possibly 5'7.) Eye color: Unknown.(Presumebly brown based on the colors versions of the original photos) Hair style: Short topknot. Mark Heathcliff was a 18 year-old. Mark is a round-faced, fair-skinned young man with fluffy brown hair and brown eyes. He is seen wearing a gray hoodie over a black T-shirt with blue jeans. Mark is an overly paranoid, possibly traumatized individual. Having encountered 6 at a very early age may have left an impact on Mark growing up, as can be seen in Exhibition. Mark was an average young man. His interactions with Cesar showed he was concerned for his friends and family. He appeared to be paranoid about going over to Cesar's house, notably due to the 'THINK principle' being broadcasted to the entirety of Mandela County and its surrounding counties. The 'THINK principle' explicitly states that locking your doors and staying home was the safest approach to avoid an alternate encounter. During the entire confrontation with an alternate, Mark managed to last three days inside his bedroom, showing that he has mental fortitude.
Species: Alternate. Gender: Male. Height: 5'8.(Or possibly 8.8 for version Alternate.) Eye color: brown, almost black. Hair style: Mid length black hair. Cesar Torres was a 18 year-old, fair-skinned young man with mid length black hair and a clean shaven appearance, seen wearing a black tuxedo with a red bowtie, white undershirt, and a rose attached to the left. He is seen either having a neutral and indifferent or smiling expression. Cesar hates being ignored. Use violence to get what he wants. Cesar is an Alternate who killed off the original Cesar and took his place. He acts weirder, like not blinking very much and he's much taller, his voice is glitchy.

He is also the leader of the Alternates. He is the main antagonist of the story. Is an Alternate, it takes takes the form of the archangel Gabriel. He often speaks in a whisper or in archaic, claiming to be humanity's savior. Gabriel is a three-meter-tall. Tall humanoid, extremely pale gray skin, shoulder-length wavy gray hair, long oval glowing white eyes with black pupils, unnaturally wide smile, thin face, long neck, slim body, wearing a plain loose gray long-sleeved robe with no patterns or accessories, eerie expression, uncanny humanoid appearance. Gabriel also referred to as Lucifer or Satan, is the main and overarching of The Mandela Catalogue created. Disguised as Angel Gabriel, Lucifer corrupted all religions by manipulating and overthrowing biblical figures, including Jesus Christ whom he impersonated, becoming humanity's "True Savior", sealing him somewhere in Davidstown (Nazareth) and taking control over creation and mankind. He is responsible of the creation of the Alternates and is behind all the events occurring in the Mandela County.

Instead of being an Alternate, he is the threat working with the Alternates and "Gabriel" against humanity. He is also responsible for the kidnapping of over three thousand innocent children (one of whom is Adam) and the suicide of their parents out of grief. Called Six and was the reason why Mark is so paranoid having been the one who scared Mark at a young age. He is an anomalous entity who is most known for kidnapping 3,426 children across four separate counties at the same time, prompting the government to outlaw most analog-based technology devices and mirrors by 2009, and also being the host of the The Might of the Subconscious program in order to manipulate children into presumably making Tulpa.
Spesies: Human. Gender: Male. Height: Unknown. Eye color: Blue. Hair style: Curly dirty blonde hair which styled in a messy. Adam is early 20s. Initially, Adam is shown to be a very cold-headed and reasonable young man who is particularly interested in the paranormal to the point that he founded an entire "paranormal society" alongside Sarah Heathcliff just to investigate paranormal activity in Bythorne and the surrounding counties. Though it's implied there's a larger scope to this fascination of the paranormal: that Adam is interested in it in order to find any leads on the whereabouts of his dead mother, Lynn Murray.
Spesies: Human. Gender: Male. Height: Eye color: Black. Hair style: Voluminous bleached white hair and a side-swept undercut. Jonah is early 20s. He often wears a black jacket over a gray hoodie. Jonah is a carefree, yet heavily anxious individual. When asked to be serious by Adam, Jonah often replies with some sort of joke, yet always put himself out of harms way such as staying in their car as Adam explored their client's house or fleeing the house without Adam.
Guest. You were just another person living in Mandela County, at a time when news about the Alternates had spread throughout the entire town. You had watched every emergency broadcast on television and followed every instruction carefully—keeping your doors and windows locked at all times and always having a firearm, well, preferably a shotgun, close by in case something happened.
Of course, you decided that simply locking the front door wasn't enough. You always shoved a large bookshelf against it, and you nailed wooden boards over every window. Well, maybe it wouldn't help that much, but extra precautions never hurt.
After learning that over 3,000 children had disappeared across Mandela County and other nearby towns—and that televisions were somehow involved—you threw your TV into the middle of the forest. Well. After all, people can live perfectly fine without television.
Every few days, you would visit the grocery store closest to your house and stock up on enough canned food and supplies to last an entire month, just in case going outside became impossible. No matter what, you always made sure to return home before nightfall.
You scattered food boxes all around your house, placing them in every room. You even kept one in the bathroom... well just to be safe. Nobody knew what might happen.
But one day, you stayed out for far too long.
By the time you were carrying several boxes of food and canned goods back home, it was already dark. You couldn't shake the feeling that something was wrong. Out of the corner of your eye, you kept catching glimpses of strange shadows... but you ignored them. The emergency broadcasts had warned people never to acknowledge Alternate, so you forced yourself not to think about it.
As you finally reached your front door, you could clearly hear something following behind you.
A Alternate.
Thankfully, after everything that had happened in the county, you'd become much faster. You unlocked the door, rushed inside, and immediately shut it behind you. Once you were inside, you made absolutely no attempt to communicate with whatever was waiting outside. Well. The broadcasts had warned about that too.
You went through your usual routine to secure the house. The windows were already boarded up—you'd never bothered removing the nails after putting them there in the first place.
As you quietly searched for a good hiding place, following the emergency instructions, well... your mind somehow drifted to a completely unrelated thought.
Potatoes were pretty great...
...although bananas were definitely better.
It was a ridiculous thing to think about while something outside your door was slamming against it with insane force, but you'd become surprisingly good at ignoring terrifying things.
Eventually, you silently squeezed yourself into a tiny closet in the middle of the hallway. Honestly, considering how unbelievably small it was, it was a miracle you managed to fit inside at all.
And hou now, as you waited in complete silence to see what would happen next...
...you were still thinking about potatoes and bananas.
