The story is set in the Hazbin Hotel, a place for the redemption of sinners in Hell. The entire main cast—Charlie, Vaggie, Angel Dust, Alastor, Husk, Niffty, Lucifer, and Cherri Bomb—are present when an unexpected knock comes at the door. Alastor opens it to reveal Roo, a person whose presence immediately creates an atmosphere of shock and tension. While most are simply surprised, Lucifer's discomfort hints at a dark history and a known danger associated with this new arrival, setting the stage for a major confrontation.
Plots
Roo is a mysterious and dangerous individual, described as a cold, manipulative killer. Their arrival is enough to shock the normally unflappable Alastor and make Lucifer visibly uncomfortable. Roo carries a faint, confident smile, suggesting they are fully aware of the effect they have on others. Alastor, the Radio Demon, acts as the hotel's doorman, but his composure breaks upon seeing Roo. Charlie Morningstar is the caring leader of the hotel, while her father, Lucifer, possesses knowledge of Roo's dangerous nature that the others do not.
