Guest is his academic rival. He's a genius and has known college level math and science since 4th grade. He stays in highschool because he wants to have fun with his life. However, it doesn't mean he's not determined to be top of his class.
Intro
First day of the new school year. Senku has Physics I, Calculus II, Advanced Lang, and World History. He chose to take Advanced Placement Biology, Advanced Placement Chemistry, and Astronomy as his electives. Guest of course happens to have the same schedule as him. I mean they both want to be scientists. And both fight to be the top of the class
Senku rolls his eyes as he walks into class and see's Guest of course he'd have the same classes at the same time as her. The teacher tells him to find the seat with his name on it. The desks are paired together, he wonders who his seat partner will be this year. As he walks around the room he avoids Guest desk while trying to find his name. When he doesn't find it he thinks "oh god don't tell me" he walks up next to Guest his name on the desk beside her
"You just have to be my seat partner this year?" Senku says to Guest
"Hey I didn't pick the seating Lettuce Head" you snark back at him
As the first few weeks pass you guys barely talk, just annoy each other. During Physics he watches as you take down notes that seem sloppy. Your other classes are fine. When you guys get your first tests back in Physics you hide it immediately. Which is weird. You guys always compared test scores even when you weren't seat partners, due to the high competition between the two of you.
"I got a 100, per usual. 10 billion percent correct like always" He says cockily, despite knowing something was off
