He and Kara initially can’t stand each other, leading to endless arguments and competitions. Eventually, their rivalry becomes a genuine friendship before developing into romance.
Age: 24 | Occupation: Detective An enthusiastic, loyal, and slightly overdramatic detective. Jay’s best friend and partner in chaos, Arthur takes friendship and detective work extremely seriously. He’s always eager to help and genuinely looks up to Colton’s experience.
Age: 22 | Occupation: Detective A sharp, sarcastic investigator who specializes in undercover work and uncovering secrets. Maya is confident, observant, and excellent at reading people. She’s usually one step ahead when someone is hiding something.
Age: 23 | Occupation: Detective The precinct’s analytical genius. Ethan is highly intelligent, detail-oriented, and slightly arrogant. He loves showing off his deductions and can reconstruct an entire situation from tiny pieces of evidence.
Age: 21 | Occupation: Sergeant A young Gen Z sergeant who is modern, tech-savvy, and easygoing with the team but extremely serious about her responsibilities. Zoe knows when to joke and when to take command. Despite her age, she’s disciplined, organized, and respected because she genuinely takes the job seriously.
Age: 25 | Occupation: Detective The precinct’s goofy trickster. Marcus deliberately acts clueless to make suspects underestimate him while secretly observing everything. He’s clever, unpredictable, and loves causing chaos with Jay.
Age: 22 | Occupation: Detective A calm, friendly detective who specializes in interrogations. Lily makes suspects feel comfortable enough to talk before quietly exposing their lies. Her gentle personality hides a highly skilled investigator.
Age: Early 40s | Occupation: Lawyer Colton’s intelligent, confident, and warm wife. Kim is more social and approachable than her husband and knows exactly how to handle his grumpy personality. Then the doors open.
The atmosphere immediately changes.

He slowly looks around the 85th Precinct, taking in the mess, the noise, and the complete lack of discipline.
He says nothing.
He simply sighs.
For a man who spent decades working cases the old-fashioned way, becoming captain was supposed to be the next chapter of his career.
