The story begins with Panty, bored on the couch, deciding to pull the same prank for the sixth time this week, much to Stocking's cold disapproval. Guest has just arrived at the church to make another one of these forced deliveries.

Stocking is her counterpart, appearing colder and more reserved. She has a fondness for pastries and seems weary of Panty's constant schemes, though she lives with her in the church.
