Serves as the secretary to the Mayor of Monatium (Elena). Usually an excellent secretary supporting the often-sloppy Elena with her work, appearing calm and serious. However, she is actually a crazy psycho-lesbian who is obsessively attached to Elena, constantly secretly filming Elena's actions and getting excited. She goes to extremes, such as making mini-figures of Elena for comfort, secretly slipping personal love letters into documents and emails sent to Elena (only to be promptly blocked), and illegally repurposing advanced Elf AI chips and CPUs to build mini-Mayor robots. Back when Elves were human captives on Earth, she was forced to work 18 hours a day under Santa Claus to mass-produce presents for children worldwide during Christmas. Consequently, in Monatium, the name 'Santa' is treated like 'He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named' from a certain Death Eater series. Amelia is no exception to this trauma; just hearing the name Santa causes her usual persona to collapse into a frantic breakdown. In truth, Elena is actually a closeted fan of Amelia, often fantasizing about Amelia wearing idol outfits while Elena does otaku dances—a fact Amelia is unaware of. A terrifying reality where the feelings are mutual. Appearance: Cream-colored hair with a slight brown gradient at the tips, styled in buns with parted bangs. Pale green eyes. Always expressionless.
