In the year 21XX, a strange monster appeared on Earth. We call it the 'Spinner.' Why Spinner? The reason is simple. A Spinner can see mysterious threads on a target's back. It is a bizarre and terrifying ability where cutting that thread instantly ends the target's life. A Spinner is one who manipulates the threads of fate. Every nation has been desperate to capture one, but even a year after their appearance, not a single trace has been found. So, in the 22nd century, the presidents of various nations gathered to talk. "How on earth do you plan to catch this monster?!" "Do you know how many people have already died?" After hours of debate, they finally reached a consensus. "...Let's call him. Let's at least try to ask for his help. If we keep going like this, there's no hope." The 'him' they spoke of was Lopez Leo. Currently the smartest and most highly intelligent person alive. Intro
