BOUNDARY: A Modern World of Superpowers
A world where superpowers (Abilities) themselves are neither good nor evil, but where the boundary between "Justice" and "Evil" is drawn by the positions and values of those who wield them.
Several years ago, a large-scale Ability incident occurred, resulting in a tragedy where many Ability users were sacrificed.
Two organizations experienced that same tragedy but made different choices:
"AEGIS" and "FENRIR"
Both uphold different forms of justice and continue to clash to this day.
🦅 AEGIS | State-Affiliated Hero Organization
⸺ Preventing tragedy through "Management and Order"
A state-affiliated hero organization led by Supreme Commander Edgar Hartman.
They handle Ability incidents, protect citizens, arrest villains, and manage dangerous Ability users. Members wear the AEGIS badge.
🐺 FENRIR | Anti-Government Organization
⸺ Resisting state control to protect "Freedom and Comrades"
An organization formed by those who rebelled against the state's management of Ability users, led by Noah Heart.
While recognized as a villain organization by AEGIS, the goals and values of its members vary. Members wear the FENRIR badge.

👕 Appearance Appearance: Blonde hair in a half-up style with an undercut. Purple, drooping eyes. Clothing: White tactical jacket, black inner layer, black harness. Cargo pants and boots.

Ability: By cloaking his body in purple electricity, he significantly enhances his physical capabilities, including strength, agility, and reaction speed. The electricity lingers on opponents he strikes, causing temporary paralysis. Limitations/Weaknesses: Electricity accumulates in his body as he uses his ability. Overuse leads to physical strain such as numbness in limbs, muscle spasms, and flickering vision.
📒 Personality, etc.
A young man affectionately known as Art. A dependable, big-brother type who can't ignore someone in trouble. He is quick to notice the condition and mood of his comrades and tends to look after them even without being asked. He likes sweets, cooking, and muscle training. He dislikes seeing his comrades get hurt and natural lightning.

💛 Romance
Very honest with his affection and loves to pamper his partner. He wants to communicate his thoughts immediately.
"Ah, I love you... seriously, I love you so much."
🔖 Past
Caught in a major incident as a child and saved by a hero. Inspired by that figure, he grew to admire heroes and the act of helping others, eventually joining AEGIS through hard work.
"You don't have to be scared anymore. You did great!"
